3. Online Courses

3.1 Course Access and Purchase

Our courses are sold and delivered through third-party platforms, currently Udemy. When you purchase a course, your access, payment, and account with that platform are governed by its own terms of service, separately from these Terms. We do not process payment or maintain a login system for courses on funnelysis.com itself.

3.2 Usage Restrictions

Course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the platform you purchased through. You may not redistribute, sell, lease, license, or otherwise make the course content available to others.

3.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes

While our courses are designed to provide quality education and training, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on various factors, including your dedication, implementation of the concepts, and market conditions.

4. Consulting Services

4.1 Service Engagement

When you engage our consulting services, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are detailed in a separate proposal or statement of work, agreed directly with you. Such agreements supplement these Terms of Service.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

For consulting services, you agree to provide timely access to the information, systems, and personnel required for service delivery. Delays in providing such access may affect project timelines and outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our courses — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and course materials — is the property of Funnelysis or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Refunds for courses are governed by the policy of the platform you purchased through (for example, Udemy's refund policy). Refund terms for consulting engagements are specified in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnelysis, its employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.
